We are so excited to introduce ourselves and outline our extensive management capabilities. Our collective team has been in the business of property management in Montana and the Mountain West for over 27 years. Our team brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience that we custom tailor to each individual assignment in our care.
Rove Management was born of a merger of Montana Commercial Management (MCM) and Executive Property Services Inc (EPSI) in 2020, with a vision of forming the most forward thinking and sophisticated commercial management team in Montana. Rove Management is part of the larger Rove Partners, which also offers brokerage, valuation and appraisal services, allowing our clients to tap into deep industry knowledge and allowing us to help our clients at every stage of property ownership.

Stephanie joined the Rove Partners team in 2021 when she relocated back to her hometown of Billings. As Management Director, Stephanie oversees all Rove Management operations and is responsible for the portfolio’s financial performance, leasing, budgeting & reporting, project management, and client, tenant and vendor relations. She is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for owners and tenants alike, all with an eye toward finding opportunities to maximize the value of assets in her care. Prior to joining Rove Management, Stephanie spent over 11 years working for a regional investment and development company in the Puget Sound and has experience in multiple facets of commercial real estate, including investment, development, leasing and operations. Stephanie holds a BA in Business Administration from Linfield University and she is currently a CPM Candidate.

Graduated with a BS in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University, and immediately went into the US Air Force. After 8 years he left the military, received a Master's Degree in Public Administration, and went into property management. After 27 years of leading management operations, he is switching from the day to day property management to focusing on project management.

Aaron specializes in the management of self-storage facilities, as well as providing facilities support and guidance to the broader portfolio. Aaron started with Rove Management in early 2022 and quickly became the resident expert in self-storage management and operations. Aaron is BOMI Certified in Air Handling, Water Treatment Plumbing Systems, as well as Energy Management and Controls. Aaron is a gifted problem solver with a penchant for taking care of details to ensure all facility operations are running smoothly!

Dan began his property management career in 2016 as a maintenance technician, and since then he has built on his skillset, acquiring both his real estate and property management licenses. He recently earned his project management license, bringing an additional skillset to add value for our clients and tenants. Dan currently serves as the Associate Property Manager with full oversight of a portfolio of medical office and office properties. He graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Political Science.

After joining the management team in 2021, Amber quickly assumed oversight of all of the accounting functions for the team. Amber is the point person for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as monthly reporting. Amber brings a keen focus on customer service and a passion for precision to her role! She holds an accounting certificate from Cornell University.

Jackie joined EPSI in 2016 as an administrative assistant. She brought with her over 20 years of experience in residential property management, including lease administration. Jackie currently assists with all aspects of accounting and day-to-day operations for Rove Management’s portfolio, and her excellent attention to detail helps ensure smooth operations across the board!

Seth is the first point of contact for his portfolio of properties, handling all tenant requests, vendor coordination and lease compliance and administration. A native of the Billings/Laurel area, Seth joined the team in 2022 with a background in banking - he brings strong communication and problem solving skills, helping to ensure that all of our tenant and client needs are met and exceeded!

Derrick oversees the Rove Management facilities team, including technician oversight & training, set up and maintenance of preventative maintenance schedules for the managed portfolio, property troubleshooting, capital project oversight, and new facility onboarding. Derrick joined the maintenance team in 2006.

Our Story
Our History
Executive Property Services, Inc (EPSI) was formed in 1994, and immediate received building management contracts for several office buildings in Billings and Helena, Montana. EPSI quickly expanded their reach throughout Billings and the rest of the space, becoming one of the largest commercial managers in the state and widely recognized for their facilities expertise and deep local knowledge and industry connections.
Montana Commercial Management (MCM) was formed in 2015 to manage a small handful of commercial properties.
In 2020, the two companies were brought under common ownership and in late 2022 merged to form Rove Management.
Our Future
Rove Management was formed to truly take a team approach to management, recognizing that combining multiple layers of expertise will deliver the best experience and outcomes for our clients.
As part of Rove Partners, our management clients benefit from our broader team’s knowledge and experience in brokerage and property valuations, truly allowing the management team to take a data driven approach to positioning assets for success.
And at the property level, working together across facilities, accounting and operations helps each facet of management get the full attention it deserves.
